The final OPERA Project Meeting took place on September 16th, 2013 in Bologna at Emilia Romagna Region's Auditorium (viale Aldo Moro 18). See the map.
The main goal of the OPERA project, which ended in September, is to develop a methodology and guidelines to support local authority planning for regional policies supporting national and European actions using the RIAT+ Tool. OPERA will support the understanding of how the pool of the actions chosen can be correctly selected and implemented to reduce the air pollution considering the budget assigned and obtaining the maximum reduction effectiveness of the plan itself.
After 2011 Conference in Bologna where the requirements of tools needed were defined and the 2012 conference in Strasbourg where we showed first resultsof the project, during the next 3rd Conference in Bologna the final results were discussed and illustrated.
